Operations & Technical Support

Leyden Credit Union is seeking applicants for a unique support role.
Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Plastic Card Support (process new applications, card closures, in-office & telephone member support, fraud processing, ApplePay & Chip card support).
  • Electronic Services Support (member technical support for home banking systems, online bill pay, mobile app).
  • Daily Operational Tasks (daily report retrieval and review, exception processing, balancing procedures).
  • Technology Support (provide some basic software, network & in-office technical support for staff and office systems).

The position will involve working directly with membership as well as vendor partners as needed both in-office and by telephone.
An ideal applicant should have both excellent customer service and some technical support skills for this role.

Other details include:

  • Full time employment (includes: retirement & medical plan),
  • Schedule will include late Friday & early Saturday shift,
  • Reasonable availability for company emergencies,
  • Secure the premises upon leaving nightly,
  • Trusted to work with minimum oversight,
  • Represent the credit union in a positive way,
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and assignments.
