System Down at 5 pm on Tuesday 8/14

LCU will be upgrading its computer software on the evening of Tuesday, August 14, 2018. This will cause interruption to our Internet, Mobile, and Debit Card services.

At approximately 5:00 pm on Tuesday, August 14th, access to Leyden Online, Bill Pay, LAURA, and LCU Mobile will be unavailable for approximately 6 hours. We anticipate restoration of service by late Tuesday, however, LAURA service will not be available until the next morning, Wednesday, August 15th.

Any important money transfers, loan payments, or Bill Pay access should be completed prior to this interruption or wait until online services are fully restored.

Debit Cards will function in a reduced-service mode during the upgrade.  You may experience unexpected declines of large-dollar purchases or possibly after many small-dollar purchases. Please have an alternative payment method available until Debit Card service is fully restored.
LCU Credit Cards are NOT affected by this software upgrade.
